Would be better in person but very happy with Helen's training style

There isn't enough room to maneuver during the practical part of the session.

I was overall disjointed and put it right disgusted with the fact we didn't get paid for a two day training and not even refreshments provided. We are the front line workers with family to support and the NHS is nothing with us.

He was good he explains properly I lain some of the thanks and skills. We need more course to achieve at our work place

Good overall

Not convinced that this merits 2 hours of a Chaplain in Independent Living time - the relevant issues could be covered in an hour.
