would prefer to do it in person.

i enjoyed the course and learned quite a bit. i have only just started in care so some of the things i hadnt used or done before. However i feel i have more info for when i do.

i think its better made a practical class. it is quite complex for first timers

Very well presented and everything was explained clearly

I was fine with course but we were interrupted with noise often so hopefully find a better location in future

I feel that doing the course through was fine if you have previously completed a first aid course as it is just a refresher but for someone that hasn’t it’s better to be there so they can have a go on all equipment.
