I personally prefer face to face training but obviously due to the circumstances this had to be done over the zoom call, however i feel like i have learnt from this session.

it was a great course, just wish it was the full one where we could practice.

Jenny was very friendly and knowledgeable, engaged with all participants, drew on personal experience

Overall I found the time too long.

This course was definitely designed for new starters. Pretty much taught us what we already do on a day to day basis and have done for many years. The content could definitely be shortened and fit into 1 day or even if it was an e-learning exercise. Belle was lovely. She delivered the course really well.
