Very well delivered, informative and very informal.

The room we were in was very cold damp the trainer provided us with warm drinks through the day as they were not provided

Great course, very useful for my role at work

The course was good spoke about things i have not seen in a care setting before, the trainer explained things well .

I did not get much from the Training PBS; My expectation was disappointing, some questions were not answered fully to my understanding, felt much knowledge was not given to the class. Day 2 was better with Basic Life Skills, much understanding and learnt more.
