Good

I feel it took a little bit too long to start, and some of the course was a bit repetitive, also a lot of distracting noises from some attendees. The trainer was lovely, I think a lot of this could be done inhouse, and on paper.

Course very unsuitable for my learning needs and role. Terri very knowledgable and good trainer. Susie bought in to help with breakaway not sure that was necessary.

Could have been done in half a day

Great session, l learned a lot of new knowledge, I liked the interactive elements

I do not feel a first aid course should be via zoom as this does not facilitate people's competency being assessed.
