Personally I think that an in person course is more beneficial rather than virtual due to the complexity of the course. A beginner to first aid I think would struggle as they're not putting the theory in to practise. I appreciate virtual is the way forward at the moment due to the pandemic and I did find it useful as it was like a refresher course.

unfortunately the videos didnt work - I learn by seeing and doing so listening and looking at slides doesnt suit my learning. I understand why by zoom in current situation had difficulty in zoom freezing It was useful as a basis Asked trainer about anaphylactic shock - she was really helpful in discussing situation and actions to be taken

Same as above. Lovely trainer but obviously would be better in person.
