The course contents was broad and meant to capture its intended audience. The manner in which information regarding this course is disseminated to its participants needs to be reviewed for effectiveness. Most of the participants on the course found out accidentally, either through a phone call chasing something else with NHSP or through colleagues who were aware from partaking on the course previously. Not the best way to plan for a 2 day mandatory course where you have to travel a 200 mile round trip, plan for child care and still you’re not being remunerated for those 2 days.

I think the course would be better live as we obviously can't complete the course without a practical element.

I prefer to do training in a classroom as you can learn better than on a video call
