As discussed at the outset o the course thé course leader did not know the level of experience of the course attendees In light of this he did an excellent job of adapting the course to take account if our previous training and clinical experience . More details are required by attendees detailing aims and objectives of the course , course content . Attendees need to know that they are not paid for this . Basic tea and coffee should be provided

Several things: wasn’t informed that these were unpaid days until a fellow trainee informed me, the course was targeted at people with little or no experience - my peer and I had over 70yrs between us so lots of unnecessary information could have been shared but Mike was very good to taper the course to our needs.

Poor teaching but at least the videos were helpful

Response : Dear Elizabeth Many thanks for your feedback. I am so sorry you weren't happy with your training. Whilst I am disappointed you didn't enjoy the session I do appreciate your honesty and I will have a chat with the trainer. As you know it is hard to train on cough assist without having actual equipment etc. That's why we utilise videos- most of our trainers do talk over the videos but I total agree its a fine balance to enhance learning. This trainer is dyslexic so she may have mixed some words up - apologies again as she normally is great at correcting herself!
