No refreshments provided no microwave or place to warm up food ontop of not paying us for this is inexcusable.

I feel it took a little bit too long to start, and some of the course was a bit repetitive, also a lot of distracting noises from some attendees. The trainer was lovely, I think a lot of this could be done inhouse, and on paper.

Good course and content

Good

Training was good but could have been shorter as we had a small group

Great session, l learned a lot of new knowledge, I liked the interactive elements

Could have been done in half a day

Course very unsuitable for my learning needs and role. Terri very knowledgable and good trainer. Susie bought in to help with breakaway not sure that was necessary.

Satisfactory

The course was too long and took too long to start. Bit repetitive in some places and distractions from unmuted people. Trainer very nice but feel we could have done this on paper.
