Day one could have been done at home online

Good refresher course as I have attended similar ones before

Great learning opportunities and a great teacher.

Course was good but one thing was missing in course retraining. As a working in mental health would be better if we would provide with patients restraining physical activities.

Well explained and in depth some of the things that I did not know before I am now fully equipped to use all what I have learned and honestly Terri left me fired up and excited she just smashed it.

The course content was fine, covered everything needed and lots of opportunities to practice techniques and discuss. Trainer was careful to ensure all delegates were included .

The training, venue and the tutor was excellent.

The event went well

She really make us know much new things about mental health and laws . She allow us to asked many questions.
