The course was well presented and understandable.

Online courses are not enough to learn such a practice in my opinion, but for the way it was done, it was a good course.

Course content was not quite what I expected from the title, but this was a good thing. I have been on a few similarly titled courses which all seemed to cover the same ground and I expected to hear quite a lot of what I've heard before. However, the majority of the info given on this course was new to me. I certainly learned a thing or two - including a great new use for a tennis ball! Please pass on thanks to Gaynor, who was very professional and engaging.
