Was amazing but incorrect directions very hard to find the place

Trainer focussed on the day to day situations in health & social care. Sharing of different experiences is always useful.

We all felt that the training in person is much better. Lots of distractions with people not knowing how to connect to the training, accessing mute buttons etc.

The over all training is really impacting, Understood what manual handling is, Understand the risk and factors about courses . My job and roles as a health care assistant The training is topnotch.

Again, as above, the course was very engaging and enjoyable. The objectives were definitely achieved as I feel I know much more about moving and assisting people and the legislations that are relevant. The length of the course was spot on, the trainer time kept incredibly well.
