I am unclear as to the exact objectives of the course. It provided excellent theory in the topic, but nothing practical. I assume there is another course/further training that teaches the specific techniques for assisting residents to stand/walk/sit etc and use equipment etc.. If not then I could not, should not and would not be able carry out my job at all following the course.

Prefer face to face as I learn better that way,

Zoom not the easiest for all staff to use,be best to get back to face to face training..
