being on zoom, means less interacton with tutor, as take turns in talking/muting

Useful having the video examples. Slightly awkward on zoom having to move the participant screens around to be able to see wording, but otherwise worked well. Thankyou

Only reason for giving 4 rather than 5 stars to summary and content was that due to undertaking via webinar, it was not possible to practise any of the techniques taught. I'm sure there will be an opportunity to follow this up in workplace.

It was quite a long session. However, there were a few tea breaks to help ease the strain of the long lectures. Also, it was interactive, with videos and real life scenarios discussed.

Linda kicked me out because she said I was cooking ,it’s weekend what else does she wants me to do ? Not doing anything for a training of 8hours ?after going out the week. At least I was listening which should be her major priority not picking on me .Response : Hi Tinuola. Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you didn’t enjoy the training. To maximise retention of learning and thereby the safety of your clients we have the same classroom etiquette as a physical classroom. Therefore we do require your full attention during training.
