This course is been helpful

Aside refreshments not provided and paid car parking, the instructor is extremely thorough, he knows how to reach out to the trainees and the course package excellent.

As I have not done any ECG course before I thought Charlie was brilliant but found it a lot to take in on one day. I would find a 2 day course more appropriate as to not become overwhelmed.

The trainer did an excellent job of facilitating the training, and I learnt a lot about how to perform manual and handling tasks, which I now use anytime I am called to assist a patient at a place or at work.

Good training for the situation but would be a lot better especially new starters in care receive in house practical training.
