i was happy with the course over all

The course was excellent but has it`s challenges being online.

Probably not the fault of the trainer, but not all MHA staff work in carehomes - I personally work in Communities where we run exercise classes, activities, outings etc. Would have been good if these non-care homes activities and their first aid risks could have been acknowledged although it was already highly packed with info.

Wayne was a great trainor and kept us interested in the course. He broke it up and used demonstrations/videos/breakout rooms/anecdotes to keep us listening.

Relevant and useful for our jobs.

Engaging and informative. Explained detail's that could be difficult into simplified format
