Very good and useful course ,I gained more knowledge about how to support the best way possible the patients with mental health, challenging behaviour. I have enjoyed a refresher of the basic life support, the moving and handling of patients and objets, learnt more legislations, policies etc… Mrs Ward has been a very good and professional trainer, It would be so great to see her again next year .
