Good training overall

Very good refresher and presented well

useful information, nice to attend in a webinar to see how the professionals do it compared to the MHA trainers who do it face to face -both are as effective.

It is not nice for us to attend 2 days unpaid, unfed(even biscuits, sandwich and tea) and now we have to pay for packing. I paid 10 pound for packing for the two days. That's not nice.

A very enjoyable course, great content and course materials, a good delivery pace and reverent to job role and patient demographics
