Zoom not the easiest for all staff to use,be best to get back to face to face training..

This is a quick refresher course that deals with all areas that relates to Basic First Aid.

interesting and engaging trainer

Easy to understand yet very detailed and informative. Instructor was able to answer any questions clearly and was very knowledgeable on the subject matter whilst also making the session engaging and interesting. You can tell he has a passion for the subject matter and this really helps when you are learning things that may be more difficult to remember like legislation. Training was different to others I have been provided in the past in a very positive way. I would definitely recommend to others.
