The presentation kept freezing, and people kept getting ''kicked out'' of the session. The material was not relevant for a immunization update - it did not contain any new information, but went on extensively about the 7 rights of medication. This course seemed to be more focused on nurses who have never given a needle before; in fact, it was more focused on the basics than my actual immunization course.

All area covered with clear and simple explanation. Even questions are answered to the fullness with examples for better understanding. The instructor is polite,patience and understanding. He is good at his job with good professionalism
