Really good course to have when returning to nursing after a 6 month break. Keith is very friendly and approachable. An excellent trainer with lots of experience in care.

Prefer face to face but otherwise all covered

The material was handled well considering it would normally be done face to face. The big downside is not being able to have hands on practice.
