Trainer was very clear on the way she passed the (sometimes not so easy) terminology Good facilities with natural light and enough space bettween attendees

Adrian is knowledgeable instructor and willing educate us as much as possible.
The venue and room was very poor. The air conditioning was very noisy and loud. The water cooler never had cups so i had to leave the room every time. I would have expected Euromoney to choose a better venue.

Very useful course, I recommen this course as mandatory course for frontliners
Sue is very knowledgeable and she can explain things very well. Apart from that she is a friendly and funny teacher.
