The time was little-off for the breaks as there were colleagues from different time zones. Will be better if you can accommodate people from closest time zones to avoid too much of clash.

The training content is very good, and the trainer Robert is very interactive and share the key learning points precisely. I enjoyed the 2 days training with the team and the trainer . :)

I would prefer classroom instead of zoom. The role play discussion is not in depth . Overall, I enjoy the learning and examples provided to support the ideas. A very lively training experience.

There was a lot of topics just briefly discussed, while it would be really exciting to go into details in case more protracted schedule.

Thanks a lot for the training which is quite inspiring. Although online training is not as effective as classroom training, we still learned and shared a lot which can be replicate in daily work.
