Seans instruction and guidance throughout the course was excellent. In hindsight, I should have sought to defer to another date due to having COVID throughout the course. I have one negative issue, which is more oriented to PeopleCert Proctor than and that experience course instruction and delivery. Thank you.

As a visual learner I tend to learn by doing. Working through the techniques in practical exercises was an excellent tool to understanding them and how to actually implement them.

The training session was well presented. The trainer gave clear and precise answers and examples from personal experience of interviews. There was plenty of discussion & questions during the course. The breakout sessions were interactive and the tasks achievable. Overall a very informative course, with practical tips and processes to use in interviews.
