David the trainer is absolutely excellent at his job, excellent at explaining the complexities of ''Lean'' Very patient and understanding of us in the social care industry. Gemba is very relevant to use in the social care field and it is something we do daily, also the spaghetti diagram is excellent for our processes and where we can see a bottle neck. Over all a very intense detailed course which I personally found difficult to adapt to Social Care, but David made it for me, he was simply excellent. Delighted I passed the re-sit examination . thanks a million

David Jones is meticulous and precise as a trainer. He is able to transfer his knowledge to his students regardless of their or my professional background. It was a pleasure learning from him as his communication and clarification skill about the course is excellent. The course is very good. It made me view different processes with a fresh look. I am happy to have done the course as i now have acquired tools for future projects.
