Very entertaining, different course content eg slides and videos and tasks discussions
I enjoy the course, it was very interesting to me. I found out many tips on how to make the trainings better, what is the training plan, how to engage trainees and similar matters.
Great course. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Especially the second day as there was a lot more on facilitation.
The Performance Management workshop was an excellent half-day course. It made me look at the task of completing the PMDS in a different way. Before, it was a box ticking exercise, adding no value to me or my role. The training session today has given me the tools to approach my PMDS completely differently, more positively. Bernie, our trainer, was fantastic and really engaged with us, ensuring we all got something out of the day.

Very worthwhile course and very well delivered
Orla is an excellent trainer who engaged everyone in the room, explained each concept clearly, and was present and responsive to any questions that arose. It was an engaging and interesting course - and I enjoyed the summaries of the different theories and practices. Also, the balance between presentation, group work and short videos was ideal.
