Draft format of the contract with the instructing solicitors would be appreciated.

Really enjoyed the day. Despite it being an information dense day I found the content easy to follow.

I have no experience in court report writing, but I feel confident about how to write one now atleast in terms of contents, structure, appendices etc.

Even though initially anticipated to be a long arduous one, the trainer seemed well able to make it quite practical and interesting. I think an important way this was achieved was by breaking up the sessions into many little bits and not allowing boredom to build up for long over a single long session. The contents were very relevant and updated. They were incredibly simply laid out so that they could be grasped and recalled. It was brilliant, honestly.

Richard has been exceptionally good and comitted to the timetable outlined at the start of the session. His knowledge and grips of the topic showed in the session. I have learnt a lot today about what constitutes a good report and the skills and areas I need to be mindful of when writing an expert witness report. Thank you Richard for your teaching.

I wish I had more time before the day to read some of the documents and a bit more guidance on what we may be asked to use them for in the course - might have made the breakout rooms more efficient Other than that was a great day, well paced teaching, excellent rapport with the group from the facilitator, took time to answer questions and give individual feedback which was gentle and constructive

Really interesting day. I found the in depth discussions about the structure of reports really helpful. I have a much clearer understanding around my professional responsibility and guidance that underpins this as well as the standard I will be expecting to provide and the time involved to meet that standard.

I thought the course was very well organised, with content and resources that were highly relevant to the subject matter. Nick demonstrated excellent knowledge, answering questions with clarity and insight. The pacing of the day was well-judged, with appropriate breaks to maintain focus. The breakout sessions were effective, and for an online course, it remained engaging throughout.
