Informative session with useful examples from peers and the trainer. I found the course materials clear and simple to apply to real work life. It has helped me develop my confidence and skills in report writing, and to understand the structure and formatting required in expert witness reports.

Lots of learning. Would have preferred the time to review an example report.

The course was really interesting and made us think as a group about how we write reports, advice letters etc. Discussing actual examples of work we had produced allowed us to understand how these written pieces could be improved, which will be useful for future writing tasks. It would be helpful to have a summary at the end of all the points that we discussed and the top things we need to consider when writing reports etc going forward. I haven't received the course materials as yet, so can't comment on them - they may include the summary I mention above.

I felt that the trainer was experienced and created a relaxed atmosphere which made the participants feel confident to share their experience and thoughts. We were encouraged to challenge the work we had done in a constructive way. We were provided with useful tips and guidance.

Nick was a very engaging and knowledgeable trainer, his pace of delivery was just right for me. The only area which could be improved is in regard to the inclusion of the workbook ahead of the start and clarity of need to prepare an example or case study for the critical analysis section. Overall this was a great course and one that I will be recommending to colleagues. Thank you.
