Fab day in the class room learning newer up to date techniques our teacher suzie was brilliant made us all feel welcome and comfortable in our learning sessions.

As the was no hoist delivered we could not have proper training on thos however we did talk a lot about it

The trainer was very good , not trainers fault but hoist didn't arrive and had no indication if we have to come back , which would result in more loss of work , trainer did every thing she could to resolve issue
