Excellent refresher

Nancy was very knowledgeable & explained things in great detail so we could understand. I am not medically trained as I only do Admin but found this course to be very useful

Very good training

I have to say I found the course extremely interesting and very well informed. I have learned alot of updated events which are paramount to my job role. Above all I have to say the trainer Sam was amazing and fantastic on how the course was delivered, everything explained to the group and in turn Sam answered questions very knowledgeably and in depth. Sam has been the best trainer I have had on a course in years and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The training was good I enjoyed it and leant more things that i will practice effectively in my job.

The course was good but it does not need to be that long of a process. The session could easily be condensed into a 2 hour class. The PowerPoint did not flow well and was lengthy.
