The course overall was relaxing, Chris Smith was very interactive, so did not feel intimidated, good course.

The training was good and the delivery was great, pace is good, he does know the subject very well and have a great skills of delivery.

Training day was enjoyable and knowledgeable. The venue was air conditioned and had nice toilet facilities etc. Trainer was also very friendly and helpful with the course.
