Very good session. Very engaging and interesting to attend. Chad was very patient with us and answered lots of questions. He kept the session concise and stayed on topic throughout and always related it back to us as people. He was very open and talked about his own personal stories and allowed us to input aswell. Overall thoroughly enjoyed my day and believe this training was beneficial.
