Trainer was excellent and with only 4 delegates it was easy to stay engaged. Room was fine but 3 out of 4 of us went to the wrong venue as we hadn't realised it had changed and there were problems with the computer. Lunch wasn't very good.Response : Hi Wendy, Apologies for the confusion over the venue and the quality of lunch, which is normally good but we'll investigate and get it right next time. Peter is a very good tutor and I'm glad you enjoyed the day. Thanks, Nick
