The training was extremely useful. I have come away with several tips that will ensure my accuracy is higher in the future.

This training is great. Something that I've always considered one of my weaknesses - now I understand how to improve! I often find I am too quick to skim things; now I have processes for slowing down and spotting mistakes.

I really enjoyed the course. It made me aware of mistakes I didn’t realise I was making and made me more cautious to take the time to read things slowly and carefully to pick up on things better.

The course is so interactive, and the online materials are very easy to use

I liked the way it was interactive throughout the morning and kept you busy as some training can be very long and tiring. The information made you think differently about things and how to look at your work in a different way and be more aware of what and how you are doing.
