I found the course engaging and informative. Tim's delivery was easy to understand.
The role plays massively helped with the learning. Experience of the trainer really showed and helped with the delivery of the course. Coming out much more confident when conducting investigation meetings.

Brilliant course - thank you. Jim was a great trainer, spoke very clearly and great pace to ensure understanding. Great use of real life examples from both his experience and experience/job roles of others attending. Highlighted and repeated key pieces of information and key takeaways - ensured reflections were had on the subjects. Training worked really well online with the use of break out rooms. Thank you Jim.

Course had good content- even as an interviewer in criminal matters for 30 years there were updates and themes that improved my knowledge. Also helped me realise some of the bad habits that complacency allows you to fall into.
Very good course, run by a very good tutor. Only downside were the course attendees who wouldn't turn their cameras on and made little interaction throughout the 2 day course.
Overall a great learning environment with a tutor making the subject easy to understand thus demonstrating great examples to enhance learning
Really enjoyed the training session. It was engaging and very insightful. Philip was a really good trainer, wouldn’t usually join in these sessions but he made it fun.
