Due to the trainers previous job role, the subject matter and vast experience made the course easy to follow
My previous interview training was not very good, so this has made me think more about how I conduct interviews in the future.

After reading the literature pre course wasn't looking forward to the course overall thought it was going to be boring. The trainer was engaging and knowledgeable witch has made the course interesting.
Very good course. I have completed the same training with other providers and found this to be the most relevant to my current job role.
Richard was able to keep the training informative, and not too intensive with regards to its content in what must be a pretty tough subject to keep the audience engaged. He did this through using personal experiences as examples, which due to his previous line of work was really interesting and insightful. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job.
