I really enjoyed this unit. This the 2nd unit I have completed and I’m actually looking forward to completing the coursework and feel inspired to take this knowledge into my day to day work
Jim was great, content was interesting and pace was about right.

Very helpful with tips and guidance. Confidence is a big part of conducting witness statements and I feel like I would be more confident now than I was previously.
One of the most informative, and engaging courses I have ever done
Outstanding instructor. Clear knowledge and passion for the subject matter. Built exceptional rapport with all of us. Gently coached us all through the course. I don't give praise lightly, so I really mean this. I would have really liked to see him in action in his policing interview days. Clearly a master at his craft.
