The tutor was very good he made me feel really relaxed as I am quite shy and made me feel very welcome. I found him very interesting and found myself listening to everything he was training us on. He was a brilliant tutor and I hope to be on his training course again in the future. Thank you George .

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, Lynne was very helpful throughout and gave many insights with regard to training, previous experiences and supporting the course content with questions, exercises and discussions.
i don't like reading out loud. for me it would have been better to have had an overview of what was on the page rather than haaving it read out by either colleagues or the trainer.
