Very informative but some things were not relative to were I work.

Well thought and more insight into the quality of care

Parking not free over 4 hours, think other attendee able to resolve this for us. Trainer great, big chunks of content seems irrelevant to work I undertake. Think 2 day could be 1 day, even if still kept all content, whole group discussions not smaller groups.

Keith is very friendly and approachable. He was engaging and had lots of knowledge.

I enjoyed the course and the presentation was great. I learnt a lot which will help me in my work. The teacher was knowledgeable on the subject.

Mandatory training but not paid to attend. Keith was brilliant with some dry topics. BLS was good!
