Knowledge is good but this course should be for starters not for everyone It’s too long One day is enough

Not great quality training. Sub par to my own clinical knowledge. Also didn’t get paid to attend, despite allegedly being mandatory.

Could have done one day as lots of the course not relevant to health care support workers more for trained nurs s

I am a neonatal nurse, however informed that the course was still the correct course and remained mandatory for me. As adult mental health is not my speciality, and neonates are, my knowledge on adult mental health is minimal and will never be able to work on an adult mental health ward as my qualification does not extend to this, I felt very judged by the trainer and belittled and embarrassed regarding my knowledge on adult mental health in front of the group, as she verbally expressed my lack of knowledge in front of everyone. I felt the two sessions were not relevant and not transferrable as I will never be able to work on a mental health ward, therefore I would not be placed in that direct environment, the two days were not necessary especially as i had to purchase a hotel nearby as the closest location was over 2 hours from home

Excellent communication in the classroom. Easy to remember as he recaps always .

My comments have no reflection on the trainer. But I felt the course was a waste of time and loss of earnings for me. All the training was a repeat of the on-line training. The only training, I felt, was of any use was the physical and practical CPR. I feel flexi workers training should be given extra paid leave for any training required by NHSP, as The training benefits both NHSP as well as the flexi worker

I enjoyed the training especially the way and manner it was delivered.

The trainer was spot on and training was simplified
