Excellent refresher course tailored to mental health workers. I feel better prepared to put the patient at the core of the care delivered in the wards I’m working on a weekly basis. New lessons learnt about duty of candour principle.

I have learned a lot about different types of illness and how to deal with them safely

Overall I will say Gaynor and Mary-Ann have done a Marvelous job. The entire sessions were just on point.
