Day one could have been done at home online

The course content was fine, covered everything needed and lots of opportunities to practice techniques and discuss. Trainer was careful to ensure all delegates were included .

Course was good but one thing was missing in course retraining. As a working in mental health would be better if we would provide with patients restraining physical activities.

Well explained and in depth some of the things that I did not know before I am now fully equipped to use all what I have learned and honestly Terri left me fired up and excited she just smashed it.

I will want certificate to be issued for the course.

The trainer was Suzanne Winter not Bill Young. Suzanne is an excellent course tutor and got the attention and interest of the group with her engaging. respectful and diverse style of delivering what can often be a difficult course. She is supportive and caring.
