Tha course was well facilitated and understood.

The objective was achieved and we learned more things

The venue was very good, although initially finding the building in which the course took place was not really clear and would have been helpful if NHSP staff had been informed of the name of the building prior to the course. There was parking in the cricket ground and a Sainsbury close by, so this was particularly useful. I think that some of the staff had a very long distance to drive but despite this were punctual. The room was spacious but not very warm. The trainer was very helpful and made everyone feel at ease and encouraged everyone to be involved.

As I said before, the trainer made both days enjoyable and interactive.

One of the best trainings I have attended so far with a fantastic trainer.
