Aside refreshments not provided and paid car parking, the instructor is extremely thorough, he knows how to reach out to the trainees and the course package excellent.

Made learning and understanding easy. Would come back again and again

Great course. Venue not suitable. Training room was cold, no provision for drinks, toilets not cleaned from the previous day, no cafes near to get lunch.

Mary-Ann is an excellent course trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with the overall course. Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 day course. Thank you very much Mary-Ann for being so kind.

Best session I have had, Keith is well grounded in subject matter with real life scenarios and personal experience, made learning fun and interesting.
