The training was very informative. Nancy was a fantastic trainer, she provided information that was easily understood and was able to gain knowledge to take away and put in place of practise.

I have gained more insight into my role and responsibilities as a NHSP bank staff especially regarding therapeutic observation of patients.

Nancy Clements is an exceptional course facilitator that l have never come across in my entire life working in NHS and for the NHSP. She is knowledgeable, skilfully articulate and very best at everything she has taught us throughout the training. I am proud to describe her as a great and credit to the NHS/NHSP.
