A very well taught session and it gave updates on recent guidelines about the health and safety of both healthcare workers and patients.

I haven’t learnt a lot and l will make sure l will put it in practice.

I do not like these sort of training days but I have to say of all the training I've been on over the years this was the best

All area covered with clear and simple explanation. Even questions are answered to the fullness with examples for better understanding. The instructor is polite,patience and understanding. He is good at his job with good professionalism
