This course was really an opener especially on patient and staff behaviours. It made us realise that we have to look after ourselves and not to just be punch bags. Also to put ourselves in each other's shoes.

The couse was of great beneficial to me The trainer madam Terry is very organised when it comes to learning materials and makes sure no one is left behind .

Hot drinks wasn’t provided. This is awkward to keep staff in learning condition without drink, very bad!
