This is a complex subject and I think the trainers are tackling it well. At times it seems repetitive but I think that this is unavoidable. Overall they have managed to make it engaging. E,D&I deserves to be afforded this level of commitment and I think Sutton are correct to allocate this amount of time.

A great course with the right balance between break out sessions and presentations.
