Terri is a great trainer. Felt confident to ask questions and there was a lot of experience in our group so I felt comfortable as I haven’t got much experience.

very well delivered and patience from the trainer !!! was good to refresh and have good practical suggestions for a few of our residents. such as bed ladders and raising a profiling bed before applying the straps on a sling. Thank you it was an enjoyable refresher course

The handler did an excellent job in delivering the material in a clear and engaging manner. Moreover, the course was well-placed, allowing enough time for discussions and interactions.
