I haven't worked in a 'care setting' before so lots of stuff I had never seen, very interesting and helpful. Good reminders and red flags to keep in mind so as not to harm myself or others ,

Been in care for 18 years and learned a new today about the sling with the slide sheet was very interesting course and the trainer was excellent.

This course has improve my knowledges and i m thankful for that

The trainer was excellent - very clear and concise, always checking everyone understood, using humour to engage, putting trainees at ease, valuing comments, welcoming questions. A stimulating delivery rather than the often and usual basic monotone way that some courses are delivered. Thankyou very much. I learnt plenty of facts that had not sunk in before .
